Whether you're looking to try something new on tap, or crate-digging for that must-have gem, Wax Taps is sure to become your new "third place."
Are you a bar?
Not in the traditional sense. We are a craft beer tap room focusing on local craft beer. Our goal is to create a casual hang-out vibe, more like a coffee shop than bar. We also do not serve liquor.
Are you open to all ages?
Absolutely! Being half record store, we invite music lovers of all ages.
What's a growler?
A container used for the transport of beer. It can also be described as an air-tight jug, typically made out of glass, ceramic or stainless steel that allows you to take draft beer from one place to another without a degradation of quality.
Can I drink there?
Yep. Not only will we fill your growler, but we'd also encourage you to chill with us and have a pour.
What kind of beer do you serve?
Our focus is local craft beer - anything from coffee ale to an IPA. Feel free to ask for a sample of any brew before committing.
Are you kid and pet friendly?
We welcome all well-behaved and supervised 2 and 4-legged friends!
Do you serve or have food?
No, but we do have food trucks from time to time. Feel free to BYOF. Food Delivery options available with DoorDash! Know of a food truck you'd like to have out? Let us know via the contact form.
Can I schedule a private event?
Definitely. We'd love to host your event - birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party, etc. Contact us with details.
Do you buy, sell, or trade?
Yes - we are always interested in vinyl, cassesttes and vintage audio equipment!
How do you price your records?
We use the current price history on the Discogs website. This keeps us up-to-date and fair with all pricing. We also use their grading. Click HERE for info on how to grade your trade in.
What do you pay for records?
Cash money! Of course, we also do tradesies.
Do you service equipment?
Not at this time.
What turntable should I buy?
Avoid all in one players as they are known to damage albums. Click HERE for a great buying guide!
